Norquay, Banff Alberta

Mt, Norquay, Banff AB

VERTICAL: 503 metres (1,650 feet)
ELEVATION:
Base – 1,680 meters (5,500 feet)
Top – 2,450 meters (8,040 feet)
Longest Run – 1167 meters (3,828 feet)
RUNS/SKIABLE ACREAGE – 28 runs spread over 190 acres

Mount Norquay is much smaller than Sunshine and Lake Louise in the Banff area. However it has a really good terrain park, some super steeps, is never crowded and seems to have a ski / snowboard school that is always busy. So it is worth a look.

Top of Spirit Chair looking towards Cascade Mountain.

Closer view (a run off Mystic Chair) of Cascade Mountain that Devin hiked with Pascal, Sebastian and Elena.

Looking up at the top of the North American Chair. It has amazing views of Banff from the top and some super steep black diamonds. We have video from the top that we will add later.

View of Banff from the turnout on the road down. Fantastic blue bird day.
